[visionOS 27] WKUSDStageConverter fails to build on the public SDK: UsdStage
is SPI-only

WKUSDStageConverter depends on a private API, UsdStage, that isn't
declared in the public SDK's interface, so the build fails there even
though the underlying symbols exist in the shipped framework. Declare
the UsdStage SPI we need in a new USDKit_SPI.swiftinterface file,
matching the existing GroupActivities_SPI.swiftinterface pattern.
