[Site Isolation][iOS] Document editing context is empty for a text input
outside a focused cross-site iframe

322280@main sends document editing context requests to the focused frame's
process. A request that names a text input
can target an input in another process, such as one in the main frame while a
cross-site iframe is focused, and then
comes back empty.
Send requests that name a text input to the process hosting that input.
Also cover accessibility selection rects enclosing a selection offset, which
322280@main fixed without a test.
This relands 322374@main, which was reverted in 322393@main because the new
accessibility test sent valueForKey: to an
untyped id, which some debug configurations reject with
-Wobjc-multiple-method-names. The test now types the receiver.
