Use the generated exposure check for the remaining serialization tags

Move File, FileList, ImageData, Blob, the geometry types, ImageBitmap,
OffscreenCanvas, MessagePort, RTCDataChannel, DOMException, and
QuotaExceededError to isInterfaceExposedInGlobalObject() from
322979@main, like the other serialization tags. Their generated exposure
checks were only consulted in AudioWorkletGlobalScope.
Every global object that can deserialize these types already exposes
them, so this only matters when a setting that gates the interface is
disabled where the value is received. This is covered by existing tests.
Remove isInterfaceExposed(), which no longer has any users.
