[Apple Pay] Add an "estimated" line item type to WebCore

Add WebCore and IPC plumbing for PKPaymentSummaryItemTypeEstimated. The feature
is gated on
HAVE(PASSKIT_ESTIMATED_SUMMARY_ITEM), which isn't defined in open source yet,
so this is
compiled out until PassKit's change is in the SDK. JavaScript can't create
estimated line
items yet; that comes in a follow-up.

Add ENABLE_APPLE_PAY_ESTIMATED_LINE_ITEM.
* Source/WebCore/Modules/applepay/ApplePayLineItem.h:
Widen Type from bool to uint8_t and add Estimated.
* Source/WebCore/Modules/applepay/cocoa/PaymentSummaryItemsCocoa.mm:
(WebCore::toPKPaymentSummaryItemType): Map Estimated to
PKPaymentSummaryItemTypeEstimated.
* Source/WebKit/Shared/WebCoreArgumentCodersPayment.serialization.in:
Serialize the three-valued enum.
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/TestWebKitAPI.xcodeproj/project.pbxproj:
* Tools/TestWebKitAPI/Tests/WebCore/cocoa/PaymentSummaryItemsCocoa.mm: Added.
Test the mapping to PassKit types, which isn't a straight cast.
