Jane.app web site can no longer autoplay remote audio participant

Allowing autoplay of a detached audio element was removed in
https://commits.webkit.org/314638@main.
Some video conferencing websites like Jane.app rely on this ability.
We add back the ability to autoplay audio detached elements if the document is
capturing microphone/camera and the element is playing live stream.
This is following the same exemption rule used elsewhere in the codebase for
video conferencing web sites.
Test: webrtc/audio-autoplay-no-renderer.html
Disabled for glib since they might not have the invisible autoplay restriction.
