AX: base appearance list boxes do not post AXSelectedChildrenChanged

RenderListBox::selectionChanged() posts AXSelectedChildrenChanged, but a base
appearance list box
does not use a RenderListBox.
Post it for any list box from AXObjectCache::onSelectedOptionChanged() instead,
which runs whenever
the selectedness of an option changes. Always defer it, so that a change to
several options posts
one notification.
Also add isolated tree copies of the tests that 322159@main, 322932@main, and
323321@main added.
