Use CSSPropertyID::Foo instead of CSSPropertyFoo in remaining code

Reviewed by Darin Adler, Mike Wyrzykowski, and Sam Weinig.
Mechanically replace the deprecated `CSSPropertyFoo` constants with
`CSSPropertyID::Foo` in the rest of WebCore (accessibility, animation,
dom, mathml, Modules, page, platform, rendering, svg), WebKit,
WebKitLegacy and TestWebKitAPI.
No behavior change.
