Use CSSValueID::Foo instead of legacy CSSValueFoo constants in style/values
(part 1)

Mechanical rename of the legacy CSSValueFoo constants to CSSValueID::Foo in
Source/WebCore/style/values/{primitives,anchor-position,align,transforms,animations},
as a follow-up to the conversion of CSSValueID to an enum class. The
EMIT_TO_CSS_SWITCH_CASE / EMIT_FROM_CSS_SWITCH_CASE macros, which token-pasted
the legacy names, now use CSSValueID::VALUE. No behavior change.
