Use CSSValueID::Foo instead of legacy CSSValueFoo constants in style/

Mechanical rename of the legacy CSSValueFoo constants to CSSValueID::Foo in
Source/WebCore/style (style/values was done separately), as a follow-up to
the conversion of CSSValueID to an enum class. No behavior change.
