[IFC] Make RenderBlockFlow::m_lineLayout a plain unique_ptr

Reviewed by Alan Baradlay.
The Variant no longer has a legacy alternative. Resetting the unique_ptr nulls
it before ~LineLayout runs, so
inlineLayout() still returns null during destruction.
