Remove support for body's rightmargin and bottommargin presentational
attributes

This patch aligns WebKit with Gecko / Firefox and Blink / Chromium.
The HTML spec only maps the marginheight, topmargin, marginwidth and leftmargin
attributes on the body element to margin properties [1]. topmargin and
marginheight
apply to both the top and bottom margins, and leftmargin and marginwidth apply
to
both the left and right margins. WebKit also mapped the non-standard rightmargin
and bottommargin attributes to margin-right and margin-bottom, which this patch
removes.
