Remove unused BidiResolver, BidiRunList and BidiContext left over from legacy
line layout

BidiResolver, BidiRunList and BidiContext implemented the unicode bidi
algorithm for the legacy
line layout, which is gone. Nothing includes BidiResolver.h or BidiRunList.h
anymore, and
InlineItemsBuilder.cpp defines its own local BidiContext struct. Inline layout
now hands the
paragraph to the unicode bidi algorithm through the inline formatting context
instead.
Delete the four files and their Headers.cmake, Sources.txt, project.pbxproj and
WebKitUIProcessPrefix.h entries.
