  -----------
  [visionOS] Spatial portal in a connected volumetric scene stays blank after
model process crash
https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=327326
<rdar://189360750>

Reviewed by Etienne Segonzac.

When the model process exits, SpatialPortalController creates a new model
player right away, and ensureModelPlayer() reconnected the portal's
volumetric scene before any of its models had reloaded. The new model
process then loaded the content while already presented volumetrically,
and the content never rendered again, either in the volume or inline after
the volume closed. A bare <model> recovers because it reconnects from
didFinishLoading(), after its content has loaded.

Reconnect the portal the same way, once the first of its models finishes
loading into the new player.
