Change SET_VAR, SET_BORDERVALUE_COLOR macro to require semicolon(;) at the end of the line

Remove the last ; in SET_VAR, SET_BORDERVALUE_COLOR macro definition.
Add the omitted ; in RenderStyle.h | .cpp

No new tests, just style change.
