Yes, it has. Download the beta from <http://www.apple.com/safari/>
and go to <http://www.w3.org/Graphics/SVG/Test/> to check for yourself.
SVG support is incomplete in this version of WebKit (no filters, for
example), but a pretty sizeable subset of SVG works.
