Will SVN be down as well? By the looks of your message no, just bugs
and trac. Am I right?

and trac.webkit.org have been unusably slow at times. In order to
remedy this several of the servers that provide the webkit.org
services need to be taken offline for maintenance. This will be
happening within the next 20 minutes. The downtime may last up to
two hours, but could be as brief as 30 minutes if everything goes to
plan.
