Actually running ./autogen.sh and make in the root folder is the
recommended way of building the gtk port of WebKit.

This is exactly what "build-webkit --gtk" does, only it doesn't clutter the tree with build gunk. What reason is there for the Gtk port to be different in this build step than all of the other ports?
