The best-supported port is the Mac OS X one. The biggest difference is  
that many of the regression tests are not yet working or passing on  
the GTK and Qt ports.

I can't think of any other major benefits or disadvantages with  
choosing a particular platform for development of cross-platform  
WebKit bits.
