Did you follow the build instructions? If you just load the project
into Visual Studio and build it probably won't work.

http://webkit.org/building/checkout.html - not installing the
WebKit Support Libraries
http://webkit.org/building/build.html - building in the IDE
instead of using the build-webkit script
Please try following the instructions from the website.
