This was a long message. I couldn't figure out what it was saying (the length discouraged me from trying too hard). Perhaps you could summarize in a sentence or two? It seemed like something about DOM bindings for other languages and whether or not people care? I also tried to look at bug 16401, and even just comment 200, but both were also incredibly long and I gave up. Sorry.
