Update: The commit-queue is BACK! Huzzah! Thanks to Dimity for his fix. It looks like https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=31615 was the major cause of the crashes. I expect there still may be some flakiness, but our bots seem to be staying green and hopefully most of the false rejections will be gone.
