Caused by Gavin's last JSC patch, he's aware of it.
- various SVG, DOM and JS failures on Windows
These are caused by turning on filters and can all be fixed by a clean
rebuild, Adam Roben is looking for a fix though which doesn't require
a full rebuild.
- fast/js/method-check.html crashing on Windoww
Related to Gavins patch as well.
