A while back I made an HTML5 keyword, for HTML5 features and compliance bugs. I think HTML5 is probably too big to usefully handle with the master bug treatment. This particular bug barely scratches the surface. So I'd rather stick to using the keyword. I think master bugs work better for projects with a clearly defined scope. I also think a keyword search is a more useful view than the list of blocking bugs on a master bug:
