I noticed that my local run-webkit-tests took a long time, and also all the
bots seemed to be stuck running layout tests.
The culprits seem to be these tests:
6.87 secs: websocket/tests/frame-lengths.html
3.63 secs: websocket/tests/simple-stress.html
1.18 secs: websocket/tests/bad-sub-protocol.html
All the other websocket tests seem to take 0.05 seconds or less.
Are these tests recent additions? Why on earth would one test take 7 seconds?
