Agree it sounds like a good plan.
So, is the assumption that everyone reads bugmail immediately? When
pinged on #webkit, I get an audible notification, but it's likely
that I won't see bugmail until much later.
I suspect the odds of most people reading bugmail within 10 minutes
are pretty low.
