I'd quite like a flag that means "this isn't ready for review, but the test
bots should try it out and see if there are bugs in it".  I don't know if we
already have a flag that means this.

Beyond that, I'm not sure what the benefits of "feedback?" are beyond simply
commenting on an attached patch "this isn't ready yet, but please look at X,
Y, and Z."  If your reviewer is attentive to the bug, both methods will
work, and if they're not, I'm not sure either method would work.
