Dave Kilzer has updating bugzilla on his todo list, but he's been busy. I can 
talk to him about what bugzilla can do for this. If we limit the data to only 
people who have been cc'd, then I don't believe we're leaking any additional 
information. 

Opening up CORS for trac/svn is doable, but its still not the right data. If 
the bugzilla data is too difficult to do in the near term I'll add the CORS 
headers.

And it seems like there is also a need to add an irc nick field to bugzilla 
user data?
