Although this is a noble goal, wouldn't it require either
1) Us maintaining yet another build system or
2) Any Windows based WebKit hackers needing to upgrade their Visual
Studio...which would require $$?  [1]

Either way, what's our migration plan (since we can't use VS 2005 forever)?

[1] Yes xcode does require a mac, and that's not free, but anyone already
using a particular version of xcode should be able to upgrade, right?
