Please file a bug (https://bugs.webkit.org )saying:
1) why it is wrong 2) how we can reproduce the problem - a reduce test case is desired ... 3) provide info about how other major browsers work, multiple platforms if that matters. 4) quotation of any part of the spec saying what the default height should be if unspecified by the page author.
