I uploaded a patch a couple of hours ago (uplodaded https://bugs.webkit.org/attachment.cgi?id=75850&action=edit to bug https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=50586). However, after those couple of hours, it doesn't even look like it has been queued in the EWS system (a couple of bots EWS bots are idle, and the bubbles don't have numbers on them to indicate where the patch is in the queue).
