Related: We swapped out the guts of Tools/EWSTools/start-queue.sh a few weeks back. If you run an EWS bot and haven't restarted it manually in a while, now would be a good time to. start-queue.sh makes the EWS robust against python changes, but when we change start-queue.sh bots require manual restarts. start-queue.sh is now runs a watchdog timer and is robust against EWS hangs after the latest round of changes.
