Hi webkit-dev! I was looking into text-decoration property propagation issue for <rt> elements[1] and made a patch to change CSSStyleSelector::adjustRenderStyle since it looked to me that it's where the propagation is calculated for inline-block, inline-table, etc, but I then noticed today that float and absolute positioned elements are handled in RenderObject::getTextDecorationColors[2].
Could someone advise me which is appropriate place to exclude <rt> elements from propagations? Thank you for your support in advance.
