Hi Pravin and Eric, I also faced similar issue with http://queues.webkit.org/patch/141226 and ESW bots thrown the same error as Pravin outlined.
So the way I fixed this is by removing the svn property which is set on the new layout test as- svn propdel svn:executable <path to new layout test> And then when I uploaded the patch(http://queues.webkit.org/patch/141236), ESW bots were able to apply it successfully. So is this the same that you are looking for?
