Hi Everyone,
I'd like to propose removing ENABLE(BLOB) guards based on the discussion
started about it in https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=131164 .
All ports enable BLOB by default, except Apple Windows port. Is there
a concrete reason why Windows port didn't enable BLOB previously? Or
simply wasn't anybody interested in enabling BLOB explicitly on Windows?
I prepared a patch which removes the ENABLE(BLOB) guards, which implicitly
enables BLOB on Windows too -

Any objection against the removal?
