No, reviewers aren't auto cc'ed to bugs if they only used "review patch" and they wasn't added to cc list explicitly due to a bugzilla bug. I started investigating this bug more than half year before: https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=124047 Unfortunately I don't have any chance to test my bugzilla patch without local bugzilla setup. I willingly continue this fix if I get some help from somebody who has the power to test any bugzilla patch.
