This issue occurs on Mac bots. Windows EWS does not run regression tests, so it
would not be affected.
Here is the log output:

Looks like the directory
/Volumes/Data/EWS/WebKit/LayoutTests/imported/w3c/web-platform-tests/tools/pywebsocket/src/test
does not exist.
