Committed fix in <http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/192137> and Alexey 
Proskuryakov restarted the Windows EWS queues. According to 
<http://webkit-queues.webkit.org/queue-status/win-ews> the Windows EWS machines 
are processing patches as of the time of writing.
