Hi all, As of https://trac.webkit.org/changeset/208176, I've completed the work to implement custom elements v1 API in WebKit.
I've filed https://bugs.webkit.org/show_bug.cgi?id=164242 to enable this feature on every port. Once that patch is in, I'd remove the compile time flag. The feature can still be disabled via the corresponding runtime flag.
