ENABLE_REQUEST_AUTOCOMPLETE and its AutocompleteErrorEvent was added via webkit.org/b/105568 for https://wiki.whatwg.org/wiki/RequestAutocomplete but as far as I can see that never made it into the HTML spec, and the code wasn't enabled anywhere.
