The default HTML style sheet is <http://trac.webkit.org/projects/
webkit/browser/trunk/WebCore/css/html4.css>, with <http://
trac.webkit.org/projects/webkit/browser/trunk/WebCore/css/quirks.css>
also being used if the page is in strict mode. I think there may be
other default style rules that are applied within the engine, but the
ones that you mention are all specified within these CSS files.
