Hi,
Unfortunately Windows support was dropped three years ago. WebKitGTK+
nowadays requires WebKit2, and WebKit2 does not support Windows. If you
want to use WebKit on Windows, you must use the WinCairo port instead,
or commit to developing and maintaining support for WebKit2 on Windows.
