This is not much help, but I have never gotten WebKit to successfully
build on Windows. I have had more success on Linux, both with the Qt
port and the GTK port, but those weren't trivial either (there were a
lot of unspoken dependencies.)

I have followed all the instructions on webkit.org, but still no luck.
I can get JavaScriptCore to build and some other smaller pieces, but
WebCore has a ton of weird errors. It seems to be something related to
headers, but I have not spent a lot of time trying to figure it out.

With that said, have you followed all the instructions at webkit.org?
Specifically these:

http://webkit.org/building/tools.html
http://webkit.org/building/checkout.html
http://webkit.org/building/build.html

Apparently all the stuff with Visual Studio and setting up the SDK
directories is important.
