I don't think this is the solution here: this is about disabling all cross-domain checks (which should be avoided). As Alexey pointed out, if your pages follow the standards (XHR-2 and Cross-Origin Resource Sharing), you should be able to do cross-domain requests without changing anything in WebKit.
