Is there a way, or any planned spec, for having an animation end and
stop in its final state, rather than returning to the from { }
state? Using -webkit-animation-delay lets a lot of interaction on a
page happen onload without javascript, but without being able to stop
them in their final state we'll have to use javascript and transitions
instead.
