A quick and dirty way to do remove plugins support (not tested): I would hack WebCore/GNUmakefile.am file and replace gtk/Plugin*Gtk files by Plugin*None files and to be sure I would also remove lines concerning gtkx2bin and xembed. There is probably a cleaner manner to do this and the method I give you is only a hack for testing.
