You could use xwprint http://sechinsic.info/xwprint.html or wkhtmltopdf http://code.google.com/p/wkhtmltopdf/ to obtain pdf, and pdfdraw, from mupdf.com, to write pnm, and pnm to write jpeg . xwprint and mupdf are both extremely small, however pdfdraw cannot stream :
