I'm new to webkit and so I'm not going to
be of much help at this stage :)

I did find this starting point link for porting though -

From that page, it looks like the platform specific
stuff is isolated into WebCore/platform/ directory.
The #if macros for audio and video seem to be
ENABLE_VIDEO, which files check for like this

#if ENABLE(VIDEO)
...
#endif

So searching for that might help.
