Is there any particular reason Cygwin is expected to be installed on the
same drive as Windows? Both .cmd scripts and some .vcproj files have
explicit, fully qualified, paths to bash and friend that follow the
%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Cygwin\bin pattern.
