Yes, I noticed that before there were still 32 bit files in the zip.
Trying to build them by myself resulted in some errors with vcpkg I
didn't understand in the first run, so I had to give up on this due to
lack of time.
It sounds promising that 32bit should still be possible, though I got
strange errors compiling JSC with something like invalid architecture,
but that could be misleading.

It looks like Don gave up WebKitRequirementsWin32.zip. v2021.09.22
seems to be the last version.

I don't know the last WebKit revision available to build WinCairo.
However, it looks like Apple is still supporting 32bit iTunes for
Windows. It should be still technically possible to build 32bit WinCairo.
