yes.
and if it has its own scrollbar - it scrolls it automatically. but
this is not my case - i just resize it to fit the whole page. so it
have not scrollbar. i implement my own.

That is bothering us as well, it will be addressed in the future,
probably in QtWebKit 2.1.
